YC Surrey
is really enjoying their new relationship with Grace
Community Church and are now meeting together both at
10 am and 7 pm.
This Sunday, February 5th, we
were thrilled to welcome Matt Rempel and we
thank him very much for his sermon entitled 'Olympic Faith' from Heb.12:1-3.
Matt is a long time friend, united in purpose and vision who
originally helped start Youth Church Chilliwack and has now
planted a multi-generational expression of what God is doing
called ‘Revolution Church’.

Merger News:
The first Sunday of each month,
beginning February 5th, the blending of GCC and YC (Youth
Church) will take a more visible expression, whereby the young
adults will lead the morning worship service. Please
invite your parents, friends and young people as we worship our
God in this setting. The future belongs to those "who show
up!"
Applications for Membership
of GCC are now available for those who desire to participate in
all aspects of our church life (which is the meaning of 'showing
up'). A two hour membership class, followed by a Q & A session,
will be offered in February. A suitable time will be
established to accommodate all applicants. Shortly
thereafter, on a Sunday morning, we will celebrate the official
admission of the new Members of GCC! Please see Janet Wall or
call the office @ 604-581-0715 for Membership applications.
WORSHIP - Sunday @ 10:00am
Come out and join us for a time of worship and teaching
followed by a time of fellowship - Childcare is provided.
J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) meets every Sunday @10:30.
J.A.M. is like a mini-VBS every Sunday for kids ages 3-12. This
year, J.A.M. will be filled with stories from history. You’ll
hear of kings and kingdoms, prophets and ravens, oil and
famines... and you’ll hear about it all through stories, crafts,
skits and snacks. Hope to see you here!”
Women's Morning Fellowship -
Meets every Wednesday @ 9:45am, please join us as we
study the book of Ephesians. Childcare is provided.
Youth Group (16 and older) meets every 2nd
and 4th Friday of each month for
Bible Study and Activities at 7:00 pm right here at GCC! This is
a great opportunity for youth ages 15 and up to learn more about
Jesus, the Bible and get to know new friends! For more
