What does it mean to "Worship" God?

"You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light" (1 Peter 2:9).

Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands! Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. (Psalm 100)

We were called for the purpose of praising God, worshiping God. That is one of the job descriptions of a Christian. One form of worship and pointed out in scripture is through music and song.

Our Musical Worship has a contemporarly flare, praising God with a variety of modern day Worship Choruses while still embracing many favorite Hymns. Our team is small yet devoted in leading the congregation each Sunday in Praise and Worship of our Lord Jesus Christ.
